Marie’s Clams and Pasta

Ingredients

Aromatics

Herbs

Directions

  1. Bring pot of water to boil with salt and olive oil, add linguine
  2. Sauté aromatics on medium-high until transparent
  3. Reduce heat to medium; add herbs and sauté for another 30 seconds
  4. Add liquids, juice from canned clams and 1/4 cup pasta water; reduce on medium for 10 minutes
  5. Drain pasta. Remove sauce from heat, and add clams. Serve sauce on top of pasta
