Dark chocolate syrup
Ingredients
- 250g / 1.5 c water
- 375g / 1.5 c sugar
- 1 g / pinch salt
- 2 g / 2 pinches baking soda
- 120g / 1 c cocoa powder
Directions
- Combine water, sugar, salt and baking soda in saucepan
- Bring past boil to 220℉
- Remove from heat
- Stir in cocoa powder.
